HYDRAULIC DEVELOPMENT
With the help of our know-how and our in-house design tool, we develop customised solutions such as radial, semi-axial, axial and hybrid hydraulics. We test the functionality of all hydraulics in advance using CFD simulation.
Thanks to an exact design of the impellers and guide wheels as well as the volute casing, our pump units achieve above-average efficiencies.
We are happy to support you with your hydraulic development needs and implement solutions that are tailored to the individual requirements of your system.

SPECIAL DESIGN FEATURES
Our pumps are designed for the highest demands on service life and reliability.
When selecting the materials, we are guided by the application-specific material and process properties of the pumped medium.
The materials and components of our pump units can be flexibly and individually adapted at any time, because our well thought-out wearing parts concept enables simple and fast replacement of all relevant components.
MOTORS DEVELOPED BY US
We develop our motors ourselves. Due to their special design, they achieve excellent service lives with safe functionality. In order to guarantee this high product quality, we select the materials for our motors to match the medium used and its (process) temperature.
We have developed the HTM motor series especially for high-pressure applications (e.g. in tank farms or gas caverns).
Our BTM motor series is optimised for use in mining, which impresses with its particularly compact design. We flexibly adapt our modular standard series MTM to the needs and requirements of your plant project.
We develop and manufacture low-voltage motors with up to 1kV as well as medium-voltage motors with up to 6kV and a drive power of 400kW.

Pump test field
As a renowned manufacturer of submersible motor pumps, we have an in-house pump test field. This gives us the opportunity to put each unit through its paces before delivery.
We can map pump capacities from 1 to 1,400m³/h as well as operating pressures up to 100bar and document them in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9906. This is possible for motors with a drive power of up to 300kW and 1000V.
In addition to submersible motor pumps, we can also test all types of vertical submersible pumps on our test field. For this purpose, we currently have a well depth of 8 m at our disposal.
